It is the highest wine tasting in the world. An absolutely unique event of its kind which distinguishes itself for its unusual location: the Rifugio Maria on top of Sass Pordoi at an altitude of 2950 metres in the heart of the Dolomites.

An event dedicated to great wines: an exclusive journey through glasses and stories by experts. Iconic labels will be presented with the guidance of industry professionals.
Irpinia is a land of extraordinary winemaking vocation, where soils, altitudes and microclimates give rise to wines of remarkable character and longevity. In this exclusive Masterclass, hosted by the Consortium for the Protection of Irpinia Wines and led by sommelier Roberto Anesi, we will embark on a journey to discover the territory’s three prestigious DOCG appellations: Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino and Taurasi.
Through a selection of representative labels and significant vintages, we will explore the distinctive characteristics that make these appellations unique, delving into the relationship between terroir, grape variety and winemaking interpretation.
A special opportunity to discover the winemaking identity of Irpinia and appreciate the value of a territory which, with its three DOCG appellations, represents one of the outstanding expressions of the Italian wine landscape.
